The stone, which can be used either in the oven or on both gas and solid fuel fired BBQs, cooks great tasting, home made pizza, by absorbing the moisture from the dough and distributing the heat evenly across the stone. The result, is a perfectly light and crisp crust every time.
The stone can also be used to bake bread, calzone, biscuits, cookies and even pre-prepared pizza.
Measures 15″ x 12" x 0.6″ / 38cm x 30cm x 1.5cm so will fit in most ovens or barbecues.
