These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hansgrill.shop and any purchase you make from Hans Grill. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hansgrill.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Hans Grill. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and the policies they refer to (including our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy).

If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order.

We recommend you save or print a copy of these terms for your records.

Hans Grill Ltd is the trading entity behind the Hans Grill brand. Our products are also sold through third-party marketplaces under the same brand, but these terms apply only to purchases made through hansgrill.shop.

3. Our products

We sell pizza stones, pizza peels, dough-proofing equipment, and related accessories. Product images on the Site are for illustration; minor variations in colour, grain, and finish may occur, particularly on natural materials such as wood and stone, and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale, or to correct typographical errors in price or description, at any time before we accept your order.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order through the Site you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown.

Your order is accepted, and a contract between you and Hans Grill Ltd is formed, only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Until that point we may decline your order for any reason, including stock availability, a pricing error, or a concern about the transaction.

If we cannot fulfil your order we will refund any payment taken.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown on the product page in the currency selected for your region. Prices include applicable taxes where shown, and exclude shipping costs unless the product page or checkout says otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments); we do not store full card details on our own servers.

We do our best to keep prices accurate on the Site. If we discover a material pricing error before dispatch, we may contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, destinations, and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

7. Right to cancel and returns (UK and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, tell us in writing (email to hello@hansgrill.shop) within 14 days of delivery, and return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us.

We will refund the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or earlier evidence that you have sent them back). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession; we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

8. Faulty or incorrectly described goods

Your statutory rights as a consumer — including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — are not affected by anything in these terms.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at hello@hansgrill.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue within a reasonable period of discovering the problem. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

9. Warranty

Where a product-specific warranty is offered, the terms of that warranty are set out on our Warranty page. The warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Your account

If you create an account on the Site you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@hansgrill.shop if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with the Site's security or availability, and not to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content from the Site without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts, or refuse orders, where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

12. Intellectual property

The Hans Grill name, logo, product designs, photography, and Site content are owned by Hans Grill Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and in line with UK consumer law:

  • We are liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach, or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time the contract was formed.
  • We are not liable for business losses. If you are buying as a business, we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any single order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, utility failures, transport disruption, or acts of government.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in law, our products, or how we operate. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown below.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Hans Grill Ltd agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK or in an EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rules of that country.
