Effective date: June 10, 2026. These Terms govern your use of hansgrill.shop and any purchase you make from Hans Grill. Please read them carefully.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of hansgrill.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Hans Grill ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms and the policies they refer to (including our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not place an order.

Our products are also sold through third-party marketplaces under the same brand, but these Terms apply only to purchases made through hansgrill.shop.

3. Our products

We sell pizza stones, pizza steels, pizza peels, dough-proofing equipment, and related accessories. Product images on the Site are for illustration; minor variations in color, grain, and finish may occur, particularly on natural materials such as wood and stone, and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale, or to correct typographical errors in price or description, at any time before we accept your order.

4. Orders

When you place an order through the Site you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before that point — for example where a product is out of stock, where we identify a pricing error, or where fraud screening fails. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

All prices on the Site are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our payment providers. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from US fulfillment centers. Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more; a flat rate applies below that threshold, shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day returns. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at info@hansgrill.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or replacement in line with our Shipping & Returns policy. Items should be returned unused where possible and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. Details, including how to activate extended warranty coverage, are on our Warranty page. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

9. Product care and safe use

Pizza stones, steels, and ovenware get extremely hot in use and retain heat for a long time. Always use appropriate protection when handling, keep hot equipment away from children, and follow the care instructions provided with your product. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, thermal shock from improper heating or cooling, or failure to follow care instructions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"; WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS; AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Hans Grill name, logo, product copy, and images — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your state or country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms affects any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place your order applies to that order.
