Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Hans Grill gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer 30-day returns and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How to return an item

  1. Email info@hansgrill.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions — please don't ship anything back before hearing from us.
  3. Where possible, return items unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us right away at info@hansgrill.shop with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Pizza stones that arrive cracked are always replaced free of charge.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or thermal shock, and products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered. See our Warranty page for full coverage details.
