Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more.
- Orders under $49 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Standard delivery time, including processing, is 5–7 business days.
You'll receive an email when your order is received and again when it's dispatched, with tracking and an expected delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email info@hansgrill.shop and we'll chase it down.
Order cancellations
Occasionally we have to cancel orders — for product unavailability, failed security checks, or because you asked us to. If your order is cancelled you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation and the reason, and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
